Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Surrey and Borders Partnership National Health Service Trust (Originating Capital) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 31st March 2006.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England.

Section 2Originating capital of an NHS trust

The originating capital of the Surrey and Borders Partnership National Health Service Trust shall be £206,376,000.
