Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 1st April 2006.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust established by The Buckinghamshire Mental Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2001 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
