Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 6 th April 2006.

Section 2Amendment to Regulations

Paragraph (2) of regulation 20 (unmeasured working time) of the Working Time Regulations 1998 shall be revoked.
