Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st May 2007.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations
The Road Vehicles (Registration and Licensing) Regulations 2002 shall be amended in accordance with the following regulations.
Section 3Amendment of Regulations
In regulation 10 (registration and issue of registration document), in paragraph (1) for “£38” there shall be substituted “£50”.
Section 4Amendment of Regulations
In the regulations referred to in column (1) of the Table below, in the paragraphs referred to in column (2) thereof, for “£19” there shall be substituted “£25”.
