Section 1Citation and Commencement

This Order may be cited as the Courts Boards Areas (Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st May 2007.

Section 2Amendments to the Courts Boards Areas Order 2004

For the Schedule to the Courts Boards Areas Order 2004 substitute the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3Revocations

The Courts Boards Areas (Amendment) Order 2004 is revoked.
