Section 1Title, application and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle Identification (Amendment) Regulations 2007; they apply in England and come into force on 1st May 2007.

Section 2Amendment to the Cattle Identification Regulations 2007

The Cattle Identification Regulations 2007 are amended by adding after regulation 3(3) the following paragraph—

(4) Any person who fails to comply with paragraph (1) or (3) is guilty of an offence.
