This Order may be cited as the Child Benefit Up-rating Order 2007 and shall come into force on 9th April 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006
In regulation 2(1) of the Child Benefit (Rates) Regulations 2006 —
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£17.45” substitute “£18.10”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£11.70” substitute “£12.10”.
