Section 2Provisions coming into force on 2nd April 2007
The following provisions of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006 shall come into force on 2nd April 2007—
(a) paragraph 12 of Schedule 3,
(b) paragraph 13 of Schedule 3, to the extent that it inserts section 8B(2) and (3) into the Olympic Symbol etc. (Protection) Act 1995 , and
(c) paragraph 14 of Schedule 3.
