Section 1 Citation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing Act 2004 (Commencement No. 7) (England) Order 2007.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2 Commencement

The following provisions of the Housing Act 2004 shall come into force on 6th April 2007—

(a) in so far as they are not already in force , sections 53, 212 to 215 and Schedule10;

(b) section 266 in so far as it relates to the repeals in—

(i) the London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939 ;

(ii) the County of Merseyside Act 1980 ;

(iii) the Building Act 1984 ; and

(iv) the Leicestershire Act 1985 .
