Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 8 th April 2007.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Good Hope Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.
