Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Partnership (Employee Share Ownership Plans) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 13th February 2007.

Section 2Amendment to the Employee Share Ownership Plans (Partnership Shares – Notice of Effects on Benefits, Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay) Regulations 2000

(1) The Employee Share Ownership Plans (Partnership Shares – Notice of Effects on Benefits, Statutory Sick Pay and Statutory Maternity Pay) Regulations 2000 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 in the second paragraph of the prescribed form of notice, omit the words “wife or husband” and substitute “spouse or civil partner”.
