(1) This Order may be cited as the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2007.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 3) Order 2004
In article 3(4) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No. 3) Order 2004 , for the words “in respect of England.” there shall be substituted the words “in respect of England, save that section 50(1) is not commenced by this Order in respect of a review or the award of a performance rating in relation to the NHS Direct Special Health Authority .”.
