These Regulations may be cited as the Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 3rd May 2007.

The Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) Regulations 2002 are amended as follows.

In Regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1) in the definition of “relative”—
(a) after “step-son,” insert “son-in-law,”;
(b) after “step-daughter,” insert “daughter-in-law,”.
