Section 1 Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) (Establishment and Constitution) Amendment Order 2007 and shall come into force on 18th May 2007.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order ” means the NHS Business Services Authority (Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Busnes y GIG) (Establishment and Constitution) Order 2005 .

(3) This Order applies in relation to England.

Section 2 Amendment of article 1 of the principal Order

In article 1(2) of the principal Order (citation, commencement and interpretation), after the definition of “relevant primary dental services” insert—

“the Social Care Bursary Scheme” means the Social Care Bursary Scheme established pursuant to section 67(4)(a) of the Care Standards Act 2000 ;

Section 3 Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order

In article 3 of the principal Order (functions of the Authority)—

(a) at the end of paragraph (a)(iv), omit the word “and”;

(b) in paragraph (a)(v), after the word “Scheme;” insert “and”; and

(c) after paragraph (a)(v), add—

(vi) the Social Care Busary Scheme in England;
