Section 1Citation, application and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 (Commencement No.6) (England) Order 2007.

(2) This order applies to England only.

Section 2Provision coming into force on 1st October 2007

Section 153 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 shall come into force on 1st October 2007 to the extent it is not already in force.
