These Rules may be cited as the Courts-Martial Appeal (Amendment No.2) Rules 2007 and shall come into force on 28th May 2007

Section 2Amendments to the Courts-Martial Appeal Rules 1968
(1) The Courts-Martial Appeal Rules 1968 shall be amended as follows.
(2) For the definition of legal adviser in paragraph (3)(c) of rule 8C there is substituted—
(c) is a member of the Bar of Northern Ireland or a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Northern Ireland; or
