Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Extension of the Intensive Activity Period) Amendment Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st June 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996
(1) The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 1996 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 75(1)(a)(iv) (interpretation) , for “50 years” substitute “60 years”.
