Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 6th June 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Regulated Activities Order

The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 is amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Regulated Activities Order

In article 3(1), in the definition of “qualifying contract of insurance”, in paragraph (b), omit sub-paragraph (ii).
