This Order may be cited as the Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills ( No. 2) Order 2007 and comes into force on 3rd May 2007.

Section 2Appointment of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills
(1) The persons named in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order are appointed Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Education, Children’s Services and Skills.
(2) The person named in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order is appointed Her Majesty’s Inspector of Education, Children’s Services and Skills with effect from 1st September 2007.
