Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Representation of the People (National Assembly for Wales) (Relevant Registration Officer) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st May 2007.

Section 2
Where an election to the National Assembly for Wales is held in respect of an electoral area comprising any part of the area of more than one local authority, the relevant registration officer shall be the office holder designated in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order and shall carry out this function in relation to the electoral area shown opposite in column 1.
