Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Medical Act 1983 (Qualifying Examinations) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 6th June 2007.

Section 2 Addition of new bodies to the list of bodies entitled to hold qualifying examinations

In section 4 of the Medical Act 1983 (qualifying examinations and primary United Kingdom qualifications), in subsection (2), after paragraph (aa) insert—

(ab) the University of Warwick;

(ac) Cardiff University;

(ad) the University of East Anglia;

(ae) a combination of the University of Exeter and the University of Plymouth;
