Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st June 2007.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2
The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 is amended by substituting the map set out in the Schedule to this Order (New Map for Chequers Site) for the map set out in Schedule 1 (the Chequers Site) to that Order.
