Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as The Walkergate Primary School (Change to School Session Times) Order 2007 and comes into force on 4th June 2007.

Section 2Exemption from the School Session Regulations

The Changing of School Session Times (England) Regulations 1999 are not to apply to the governing body of Walkergate Primary School of Sutton Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE6 4SD.

Section 3Time period

This Order has effect until 27th July 2007.
