Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Street Litter Control Notices (England)(Amendment) Order 2007 and comes into force on 1st July 2007.

(2) This Order applies in England.

Section 2Amendment

In article 2 (prescribed commercial and retail premises) of the Street Litter Control Notices Order 1991 , for paragraph (b) substitute—

(b) premises used wholly or partly for the sale of food or drink for consumption on the premises,
