Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) —These Regulations may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Revocation) Regulations 2007.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 31 st May 2007.

Section 2Revocation of the Home Information Pack Regulations 2006 and the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007

The Home Information Pack Regulations 2006 and the Home Information Pack Regulations 2007 are revoked.
