Section 2Amendment of the Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006
(1) The Gambling Act 2005 (Commencement No.6 and Transitional Provisions) Order 2006 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In article 2—
(a) omit paragraph (3); and
(b) in paragraph (4), after “apart from” insert “section 89(2) and (3), section 245 and”.
(3) Schedule 3 is omitted.
