Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 4) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 3rd July 2007.

Section 2 Specification of approved local authorities

The following authorities are specified as approved local authorities for the purposes of section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 (civil penalties for bus lane contraventions):

(a) Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council ;

(b) Leicestershire County Council ; and

(c) South Gloucestershire Council .

Section 3 Amendment to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005

(1) The Schedule to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005 is amended as set out in paragraphs (2), (3) and (4).
