Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Valley Invicta Park Federation (School Governance) Order 2007 and comes into force on 23 rd February 2007.

Section 2 Relaxation of the Federation Regulations

In respect of the constitution of the governing body of the Valley Invicta Park Federation, the requirements of the School Governance (Federations) (England) Regulations 2004 are relaxed as follows:

(a) for the purposes of regulation 14(1)(a) and 14(2) the term “head teacher” means both the head teacher and the deputy head teachers of the federated schools; and

(b) for the purposes of regulation 21(1) the maximum size of the governing body shall be 23.

Section 3 Time period

This Order shall have effect until 23rd February 2010.
