Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2007 Commencement (No. 1) Order 2007.

Section 2Appointed days

(1) 14th June 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 31 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 for the purpose only of the exercise of the power to make regulations.

(2) 1st November 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 31 of that Act for all other purposes.
