Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order—

(a) may be cited as the Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) (Amendment) Order 2007; and

(b) comes into force on 13th July 2007.

Section 2 Amendments to the Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) Order 2007

(1) The Veterinary Surgery (Artificial Insemination) Order 2007 is amended as follows.

(2) For article 1(1)(b) substitute—

(b) applies in the United Kingdom save for Part 2 which applies in England and Scotland only; and

(3) In article 3(2)(b) omit “, the Scottish Ministers”.

(4) In article 8(1)(a)(i) for “and” substitute “or”.
