Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and shall come into force on 1st August 2007.

Section 2 Interpretation

In these Rules “the principal Rules ” means the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) Rules 2004 .

Section 3 Amendments to the principal Rules

In rule 3 of the principal Rules (fees), in the table—

(a) in the entry in column (3) of row (b), for “£43” substitute “£76”;

(b) in the entry in column (3) of row (c), for “£76” substitute “£109”;

(c) in the entry in column (3) of row (e), for “£43” substitute “£76”;

(d) in the entry in column (3) of row (f), for “£43” substitute “£76”; and

(e) in the entry in column (3) of row (i), for “£43” substitute “£76”.
