Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Welfare Reform Act 2007 Commencement (No. 2) Order 2007.

Section 2Appointed day

(1) The day appointed for the coming into force of section 58 of, and Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2007 for the purpose only of conferring power to make an order is 12th July 2007.

(2) The day appointed for the coming into force of section 58 of, and Schedule 6 to, that Act for all other purposes is 10th August 2007.
