Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Patient Information Advisory Group (Establishment) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 31st August 2007.

Section 2Amendment of regulation 3 of the Patient Information Advisory Group (Establishment) Regulations 2001
In regulation 3(2) of the Patient Information Advisory Group (Establishment) Regulations 2001 (maximum period of membership of the Advisory Group) for “six years” there is substituted “nine years”.
