Section 1 Citation and commencement

—These Regulations may be cited as the Electricity (Standards of Performance) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1 August 2007.

Section 2 Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005

—In regulation 3(1) (general interpretation) of the Electricity (Standards of Performance) Regulations 2005 —

(a) in the definition of “relevant supplier”, for “is in effect” substitute “had effect immediately prior to 1 August 2007”;

(b) in the definition of “supply services area” after “electricity supplier’s licence”, insert “immediately prior to 1 August 2007”.
