Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Amendment of Schedule 6) Order 2007 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which the Order is made.

Section 2 Amendment of Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005

In Schedule 6 to the Gambling Act 2005—

(a) Part 2 shall be amended by inserting the following entry after the entry relating to the Financial Services Authority—

The Horserace Betting Levy Board

(b) Part 3 shall be amended by inserting the following entry before the entry relating to the England and Wales Cricket Board Limited—

The British Boxing Board of Control Limited
