Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Mental Health Act 2007 (Commencement No.1) Order 2007.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2Commencement

Section 45 of the Mental Health Act 2007 comes into force on 24th July 2007.
