Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Aggregates Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 16th August 2007.

The Aggregates Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
Section 2
(1) In regulation 3(2) of the Aggregates Levy (Registration and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2001 , after “(d),” insert “(da),”.
(2) Paragraph (1) only has effect in relation to the commercial exploitation on or after 16th August 2007 of aggregate which is exempt under section 17(3)(da) of the Finance Act 2001 .
