This Order may be cited as the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) (No. 2) Order 2007 and comes into force on 19th August 2007.

The Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) (No. 2) Order 2007
In Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (offices which may be qualifying judicial offices), at the end of the list under the heading “Members of tribunals”, insert—
President of the tribunal constituted under section 9 of the Protection of Children Act 1999 or member of the chairmen’s panel appointed under paragraph 1(1)(b) of the Schedule to that Act
At the end of Schedule 5 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (retirement provisions: the relevant offices), insert—
President of the tribunal constituted under section 9 of the Protection of Children Act 1999 or member of the chairmen’s panel appointed under paragraph 1(1)(b) of the Schedule to that Act
In the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) Order 2007 article 3 is revoked.
