Section 1 Title, application and commencement

This Order—

(a) may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Fees) (England) Order 2007;

(b) applies in England; and

(c) comes into force on 3rd September 2007.

Section 2 Fees for applications for the approval of disinfectants

A person who applies for a disinfectant to be approved under article 3 of the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (England) Order 2007 must, when applying, pay to the Secretary of State the fees set out in the second column of the Schedule.

Section 3 Revocation

The Diseases of Animals (Fees for the Testing of Disinfectants) (England) Order 2005 is revoked.
