Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Exempt Gaming in Alcohol-Licensed Premises) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st September 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Gambling Act 2005 (Exempt Gaming in Alcohol-Licensed Premises) Regulations 2007
(1) Regulation 2 of the Gambling Act 2005 (Exempt Gaming in Alcohol-Licensed Premises) Regulations 2007 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2), for “paragraphs (3) and (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”.
(3) In paragraph (3), leave out “Subject to paragraph (4)”.
