Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations shall be cited as the Gaming Machine (Single Apparatus) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st September 2007.

Section 2Single apparatus

For the purposes of the Gambling Act 2005, where a single piece of apparatus is—
(a) a gaming machine, and
(b) made available for use to more than one person at a time,
it is to be treated as the number of gaming machines equal to the number of people able to use it at that time.
