Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Prisons) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 31st August 2007.

Section 2
The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Prisons) Regulations 2001 are amended as follows.
Section 3
(1) After regulation 3(3)(c) there is added—
(d) in relation to the prison at Maghaberry, flight by any aircraft for the purpose of landing at or taking off from Belfast International Airport, being an aircraft which is under the control of the air traffic control unit at that Airport.
(2) In the Second Schedule, after the entry for Long Lartin there is inserted—
