Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 17th August 2007.

Section 2Amendment of the Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) Regulations 2007

(1) The Wireless Telegraphy (Ultra-Wideband Equipment) (Exemption) Regulations 2007 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation) after ““ dBm/MHz ””, for “means decibel per milliWatt” substitute “means decibel milliWatt per megahertz”.
