Section 1 Citation, extent and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (Modification) (No.2) Order 2007.

(2) Articles 2 and 3(2) extend to England and Wales only.

(3) This article and article 3(1) come into force on 30th September 2007.

(4) Articles 2 and 3(2), and the Schedule, come into force on 1st October 2007.

Section 2 Modification to the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976

For the Schedule to the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3 Revocations

(1) The Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (Modification) Order 2007 is revoked.

(2) The Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 (Modification) Order 1984 is revoked.
