Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No. 6) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 2 nd October 2007.

Section 2Specification of approved local authorities
The following authorities are specified as approved local authorities for the purposes of section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 (civil penalties for bus lane contraventions):
(a) Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council
(b) Staffordshire County Council .
Section 3Amendment to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005
(1) The Schedule to the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) Order 2005 shall be amended as set out in paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) After the row in the table relating to Slough Borough Council, insert the following row—
