Section 1Citation and application

This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 14) Order 2007;
(b) applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Appointed day

1st October 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 69 (erection or improvement of stiles, etc. ) of the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (to the extent that that section is not already in force ).
