Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Mental Health Act (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2Commencement

Section 51 of the Mental Health Act 2007 comes into force on 1 October 2007.
