Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Gambling Act 2005 (Club Gaming and Club Machine Permits) (Amendment) Regulations 2007.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on 8th October 2007 and shall have effect in relation only to applications (within the meaning given in regulation 3(1) of the Gambling Act 2005 (Club Gaming and Club Machine Permits) Regulations 2007 ) made on or after that date.

Section 2Amendment of the existing Regulations

For the form in Schedule 1 to the Gambling Act 2005 (Club Gaming and Club Machine Permits) Regulations 2007, substitute the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
