Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Haringey Sixth Form Centre (Governing Body) Order 2007 and comes into force on 22nd October 2007.

Section 2Exemption

Regulations 12(3)(e) and (f), 13(1), 30(2) and paragraph 1 of Schedule 6 to the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007 are not to apply to the governing body of the School.

Section 3Time Period

This Order has effect up to and including 31st August 2010.
