Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2007.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2
Section 41 (immigration and asylum enforcement function: complaints and misconduct) of the Police and Justice Act 2006 shall come into force in Scotland and Northern Ireland on 10th October 2007.
